It was pretty clear this 55 plus strata was ready for a change. Their original metal windows and doors had reached the point where winter meant chilly drafts and summer meant uncomfortable heat in several units. After meeting with council, we walked through the different upgrade paths and helped them choose a vinyl window package that balanced comfort, easy operation, and long term performance. Because the building had a mix of sizes and layouts, we created a simple installation standard so everyone knew what to expect during the work. Full frame replacement allowed us to remove the old assemblies cleanly and leave each home with a much more efficient setup. Owners noticed the difference right away, especially in the more stable indoor temperatures and quieter living spaces.
