An 80’s home with great bones,  in need of some change. Facing southwest on a hill, this home was continually overheated in the summer months due to prolonged sun exposure. They wanted a modern looking solution that would be both energy efficiency but also provided durable color for years.

We were able to solve this with providing slim line fiberglass frames for front elevation and pairing it was vinyl windows on the back of the house. The exterior cladding was updated at the same time to bring all the elements together with stunning results!
