Selkirk Place
Selkirk Place wanted a straightforward solution to aging windows that were becoming drafty, noisy, and harder for some owners to operate. Council wasn’t looking for the highest-end product. Instead, they wanted something reliable, easy to use, and cost effective for the entire community. After reviewing a few options together, they chose a mid-grade vinyl window system that balanced performance and affordability without complicating long-term maintenance. We worked with the group to create a clear installation plan so owners knew exactly what to expect throughout the project. Full frame replacement allowed us to clean up older detailing around each opening and give the building a consistent, refreshed look. Residents noticed the improvement right away, especially in the quieter bedrooms and more stable indoor temperatures.
