This small condo building had been discussing window replacement for several years before finally deciding it was time for a practical upgrade. Their existing units weren’t failing outright, but owners were noticing more drafts, fogging between the panes, and increasing difficulty with everyday operation. By using full frame replacement and a high-performance window product, we improved the overall fit and finish while giving residents a cleaner, more consistent look. Alongside the window replacement, we completed additional exterior work, including new belly bands, to help clean up the façade and improve long-term water management.
