Emerald Estates took a different approach to their window replacement project. Rather than completing all units at once, council worked with us to establish a clear building-wide standard for products, installation details, and finishes. This ensured consistency across the development while allowing each homeowner to choose when the work best fit their schedule and budget. Once the standard was in place, owners were able to work with us directly to plan their individual replacements. The original windows were aging aluminum units that allowed drafts, noise, and temperature swings into the homes. New vinyl windows delivered improved energy efficiency, quieter interiors, and smoother operation. By combining a clear standard with flexible timing, the strata was able to protect the long-term performance and appearance of the complex while giving owners the freedom to move forward on their own terms.
