A classic two-storey 90’s home near Crescent Beach felt dated. The mission was to inject some modern design elements without having to make wholesale structural changes. High performance black vinyl windows with recessed frame gave the foundation. Squaring up the rounded front window and adding a stylish new front entry unit took this house over the top and now is the envy of the street. Make sure you check out the Before photo!
