When Falcon Heights first reached out, they were dealing with a long list of window frustrations. Their aging aluminum frames were cold to the touch in the winter and let in far too much heat in the summer. Members complained about condensation on the glass, uncomfortable drafts, and windows that were getting harder to operate every year. Along with our partners at BC Building Science, we coach council on various product materials and performance grades before settling on a vinyl solution that balanced comfort, durability, and long-term value. From there, we collaborated on a custom installation standard for the building and mapped out a full frame replacement plan. The result was a smooth project that gave every resident a quiet, comfortable living space.
