Innes Corner Park needed a window replacement that would protect their building for the long haul, not just solve short-term comfort issues. Working alongside BC Building Science and Affordable Housing Societies, we coordinated a full replacement with high-performance windows. The goal was to choose a system that offered reliable performance, consistent operation, and strong resistance to moisture and temperature swings. With a clear installation plan and close collaboration between all parties, the nine-week project moved smoothly from start to finish. Once completed, we provided ongoing post-installation support so the society and building manager had a clear path for maintenance, service, and long-term stewardship of their asset.
